Bill Fabian is Vice President of Training for Monroe Infrared. He has been involved in Infrared for over 30 years and is a Level III Thermographer. Bill has trained thousands of students in both the theory behind and the use of IR cameras for Predictive Maintenance and Building Diagnostics applications. Bill is one of the highest-rated infrared trainers in the country because of his easy-to-understand, relatable teaching style.

Istvan Zsako

Istvan Zsako is the owner of a multi-inspector home inspection business in New Mexico, and enjoys helping other business owners create sustainable businesses. Istvan is husband, author, speaker, business consultant, multi-business owner and trainer for home inspectors and realtors. He is also a licensed commercial and residential contractor in the state of New Mexico that has performed over 20 years of new construction, home maintenance and remodeling for his clients. He is a Certified Residential Thermographer, Certified ASHI Home Inspector, and Certified Professional Inspector.

Rob Claus

Rob has been an active member of the inspection industry for 32 years, performing residential inspections and commercial property inspections, and teaching inspection-related workshops and classes nationwide. He is a longtime member of both InterNACHI® and CCPIA, and has become one of CCPIA’s leading instructors and published members. Claus joins CCPIA from his position as Managing Director of the Commercial Division and Director of Training and Development at The BrickKicker in Naperville, Illinois. His extensive knowledge and experience in inspecting, teaching, and management will provide CCPIA members with new resources to excel as inspectors.

Glen Steers

Glenn owns and operates both Wake Radon and Raleigh Radon he started Wake Radon 6 years ago. Starting with only 10 radon monitors, he grew his business to the #2 spot in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill), then he bought the #1 radon company, Raleigh Radon.

Glenn is a certified radon measurement professional with NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) and a member of AARST (American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists). He is currently President of both the InterNACHI and NCLHIA Chapters for the Triangle area. 

Glenn holds several other certifications, including IAC2 radon/mold certification, Large Multi-Family Structure Radon Inspector, and is an InterNACHI-certified radon measurement specialist. Glenn has recently launched a radon monitoring service called Radon Shield

Jeff Clair

A native Floridian, Mr. Clair has over 30 years of experience in the Florida construction industry.

Mr. Clair owns and operates Topline Construction Services, Inc. dba Chief Inspection Services in St. Cloud, FL. Jon, aka the Inspectagator, is a graduate of the University of Florida and a practicing professional home inspector who has performed thousands (10K+) of home inspections since 1998 and now sets a vigorous pace as a market leader transforming the direction of Professional Home Inspections and education. As an ASHI member, FABI Registered Professional Inspector and an ICC Residential Building Inspector, Jon is an invited speaker at radio stations, real estate offices and real estate investment clubs. He currently serves on the board for Central Florida Realty Investors. Jon owns and operates Home Inspection School in Florida.

Jerry Isenhour

Jerry served as President of both chimney industry trade groups and educational foundations. His work and research in regard to the failure of masonry products and systems from high-temperature events has been used as a reference by The Journal of Forensic Engineers. His work has been published in technical journals that are utilized by the engineering industry as authoritative sources. He is a recognized expert in the thermal dynamics of the venting system, and likely the most authoritative source in the science of chimney failure.
