The Casa Exam Ace course will prep you for the North Carolina Home Inspector Exam. We’ve designed this course specifically for North Carolina. You’ll be prepped to confidently tackle the exam including the Standards of Practice questions, which often trip students up who don’t take an NC-specific prelicensing program.

Who should take this course?

The Exam Ace course is for prospective inspectors who have completed their 120 hours of coursework + 80 hours of field training and who are taking the North Carolina Home Inspector exam.

In fact, you may take the course until you pass the exam. However, we’re confident that after taking the Exam Ace course you’ll be prepared to Ace the exam, hence the name.

What materials should I bring?

Most materials will be provided for you, i.e notepad, pen, course material. But, if you like to take notes on a laptop, tablet, or with your monogrammed Montblanc, then you’ll need to bring those. Power and USB outlets will be accessible at each table, but we don’t provide USB charging cables.
