The Enhanced Pool Inspection course trains you to identify and evaluate common residential pool types, components, and equipment encountered during home inspections. This course includes an on-site visit and shows you how to add pool inspections as a profitable ancillary service to stand out and earn more per inspection.

The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) is the world’s oldest and largest association representing swimming pool, spa, and hot tub manufacturers, manufacturers’ agents, builders, designers, distributors, suppliers, installers, retailers, and service technicians.
APSP is the only industry organization recognized by the American National Standards Institute to develop and promote national standards for pools, hot tubs, and spas.

Meet Your Instructor
Jon Bolton
Jon, aka the Inspectagator, is a graduate of the University of Florida and a practicing professional home inspector who has performed thousands (10K+) of home inspections since 1998 and now sets a vigorous pace as a market leader transforming the direction of Professional Home Inspections and education. As an ASHI member, FABI Registered Professional Inspector and an ICC Residential Building Inspector, Jon is an invited speaker at radio stations, real estate offices and real estate investment clubs. He currently serves on the board for Central Florida Realty Investors. Jon owns and operates Home Inspection School in Florida.

Certification
Students who complete the course are eligible to take the certification exam and with a passing grade receive APSP Certification.
