The Hot Water Systems course is the Mandatory NCHILB Update Course. This course will cover all NC SOP required reporting as well as inspection tips, plumbing code, building code, common customer complaints, tankless water heaters, and much more.
This course will cover everything you need to know to confidently inspect a deck and explain the risks imposed by improperly constructed residential decks. You’ll learn how to inspect flashing, deck ledgers, deck stairs, deck guards and handrails, and deck framing members.
Inspection Agreements can be an asset or a liability to your business. In this class taught by the folks of Inspector Pro, you’ll learn the ins and out’s of Inspection Agreements and how to stack your agreement in your favor.

Cancelation Policy
Stuff comes up, we get it. If you need to cancel, refunds are only given if the cancelation takes place at least 1 week prior to the start date of the course you registered for. If you need to cancel within 1 week of the course start date, then you will be issued a credit that can be applied to a future course. But please note that all account credits expire on August 30th, 2022.
