What is Exam Ace?

The Casa Exam Ace course will prep you for the North Carolina Home Inspector Exam.

We’ve designed this course specifically for North Carolina. You’ll be prepped to confidently tackle the exam including the Standards of Practice questions, which often trip students up who don’t take an NC-specific pre-licensing programs.

CASA Exam Ace includes practice test questions and diagrams.

Who should take this course?

The Exam Ace course is for prospective inspectors who have completed their pre-licensing training and are getting ready to take the the North Carolina Home Inspector exam.

This course highly recommended for those who are qualifying for the exam through equivalent experience or the licensed general contactor exclusion

Whether you’ve taken the exam before or this is your first time, Exam Ace is for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What If I Fail the Exam?

While we hope that doesn’t happen, sometimes it does. But don’t worry, we have your back. If you do fail the exam you can retake our Exam Ace course for free. You may retake the course until you pass the exam. However, we’re confident that after taking the Exam Ace course you’ll be prepared to Ace the exam, hence the name.

3 month wait time before you’re eligible to retake the exam

What materials should I bring?

Most materials will be provided for you, i.e notepad, pen, course material. But, if you like to take notes on a laptop, tablet, or with your monogrammed Montblanc, then you’ll need to bring those. 

What if I need to cancel?

Stuff comes up, we get it. If you need to cancel, refunds are only given if the cancelation takes place at least 1 week prior to the start date of the course you registered for. If you need to cancel within 1 week of the course start date, then you will be issued a credit that can be applied to a future Exam Ace course or one of our other courses. But please note that all account credits expire on August 30th.

We take the health of our students very seriously, therefore we will do all that we can to ensure a safe environment in compliance with the recommended precautions. Lunch, Snacks, Num Num?

Mmmm…food. Will we have snacks? Yes! Will we have coffee? Yes! Can you bring your own snacks? Absolutely, as long as you keep your chewing noises to a minimum. 🙂  

During the Saturday session, we will break for an hour and a half so we can all grab some lunch. There are several restaurants within walking distance with menus to suit all palates. 

Special Needs?

Handicap accessible? Absolutely, The Franklin St. elevator is currently out of service. If you have other special needs, as a small business were happy to help, but we request a 3-week notice for coordination & planning purposes.
