pre licensing training for home inspectors

Pre-Licensing

Pre-licensing classes are designed for those who are working towards becoming a licensed home inspector. Casa pre-licensing classes are specifically designed for prospective home inspectors in North Carolina. Because home inspectors in North Carolina are governed by a set of Standards of Practice, it is important that your training prepares you to pass the state exam, which includes Standards of Practice questions.

Continuing Education

Our continuing education classes are designed to help lessen the burden of meeting the North Carolina requirements. North Carolina requires that licensed home inspectors take a minimum of 12 Continuing Education hours each year. 4 of those credit hours must be the state-mandated update course. The other 8 hours may be approved elective courses.

An additional 4 hours may be required for those who did not take a pre-licensing course.
