Radon Testing and Monitoring for Home Inspectors
Radon test results are only as good as the sampling process. As an inspector, it’s important to have a well-defined sampling plan. Where to set the test, what conditions are necessary, and for how long should the monitoring be conducted?
Conducting a test is just one facet of the process. Interpreting the data and communicating it with your client is equally important.
Information on mitigation options and equipment will be discussed to help you answer those questions that may come up when high radon levels are encountered.
- Enhancement of knowledge & skills
- Increased client confidence
- Diversify your business
- Make more money per inspection
- Protection for you and your business
